  • Accessing the Building

We would like to thank all our patient clients for bearing with us throughout these difficult times but are happy to now announce that we are slowly starting to allow clients into the building to the Reception area with their pets – a maximum of 2 persons / 2 pets in total at any one time.

If we can please request that you do not turn up too early for your appointment as we cannot allow entry to the building until the Vet is actually ready to see you. Similarly we can only permit one owner in with their pet at a time.

We would like to hope that this will continue to improve but have no way of telling at present so we would appreciate if you can still continue to work with us and wrap up warm in the event of possibly having to wait a little longer outside than anticipated. Thank you.

  • Outside Waiting

We would like to thank our clients for their understanding during these tough times and can only apologise for clients having to wait outside for their appointments.

If an emergency arrives, we have a duty of care to make them a priority and hope that our clients understand this.

In the event of bad weather being forecast, we would advise that an umbrella or suitable wet weather gear is worn as sometimes you may have to wait longer than anticipated outside the practice for your appointment.

    Thank you for your understanding.
