  We are having trouble with our out-of-hours overnight phone system and it does not seem to be connecting owners to VetsNow when they phone our own practice number.

  If you have an emergency between 7pm and 8am, please phone VetsNow directly on 01224 379091.

• New Client Registrations and Repeat Medication Orders

  Further to our email last week, the problem we had with the above now appears to be working again.

  You may still receive a message stating there is a problem when ordering medication so please contact the surgery a couple of hours after placing your order to confirm this has successfully been received.

• New Client Registrations & Repeat Prescriptions

  As there appears to be some technical hitch with our online registration facility, we ask that any new clients contact one of the surgeries on either 01224 486444 or 01224 050585 and we can register you over the telephone. Similarly if you require more medication for your pet, please contact the surgery.

• Ordering Medications - Jubilee Weekend - June 2022

  In advance of the forthcoming Jubilee Weekend, we would kindly ask that if your pet is on any long term medication that you place your order for this as much in advance as you can due to our wholesalers being closed for 4 days over this period. We may not have the required medication in stock if a last minute order is made.
